A free Men’s Mental Health Month resource featuring four tutor time or PSHE activities designed for Year 11 and KS5 students.
These lessons use a range of short films, songs and discussion-based materials to explore mental health, masculinity, stigma and emotional expression. Students are encouraged to reflect, share ideas and consider how gender expectations can shape the way we talk about feelings.
