Over the last 13+ years, teaching has taken me from inner-city London to the Middle East and the Netherlands, supporting students and teachers from a wide range of backgrounds.

Like many teachers, I poured everything into the job.​ But after experiencing work-induced anxiety early in my career, I realised something had to change.
