Whether it's through thoughtfully designed stationery, practical teaching resources, or wellbeing support, The Happy Teacher Hub exists to bring positivity and balance for teachers.

Our mission is simple: to create a community where teachers feel supported, recognised, and equipped to thrive both in and outside the classroom.

My Story

Balancing work and home life feels like an uphill battle for so many teachers, who often feel they must sacrifice personal time, identity, or wellbeing for the job. Teaching can feel incredibly rewarding, yet the demands can be overwhelming, and I know this struggle firsthand.

I’m Natalie, founder of The Happy Teacher Hub, a teacher of 12 years, and currently Head of English. My teaching journey has taken me across London, the Middle East, and the Netherlands, giving me unique insights into the universal challenges teachers face, no matter where they’re based. The wellbeing of teachers has always been central to my work, and my dedication to supporting teachers inspired me to create The Happy Teacher Planner, along with a range of tools designed to help teachers find balance.

Creating classroom resources combines my passions for design, curriculum planning, and helping teachers reduce stress. With over 250,000 downloads, these resources have become a way to make a real difference in classrooms, bringing more organisation, peace, and joy to the day-to-day of teaching.

Through The Happy Teacher Hub, I hope to offer teachers like you the support and tools to build a fulfilling and sustainable balance between teaching and personal life.
